Acceptance of Terms: By hiring Anya Blanda Photography or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Use of Photographs: All photographs taken by Anya Blanda Photography are the property of Anya Blanda Photography and may not be reproduced, altered, or distributed without permission.

Client Conduct: Clients agree to treat Anya Blanda Photography and its staff with respect and professionalism. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or abusive may result in termination of services.

Payment and Fees: Clients agree to pay all fees and charges associated with their photography services as outlined in their contract or agreement with Anya Blanda Photography.

Limitation of Liability: Anya Blanda Photography shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the photographs provided, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Cancellation Policy: Clients agree to provide at least 2 days notice for cancellation of photography services. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
